"The house was exactly as the photos show - well equipped, clean and comfortable with a view over the marina and the river. We had to call our hosts with a power issue on our first night and they couldn't have been more helpful. We weren't there on holiday so didn't get chance to explore the town or area properly but hope to do so on future visits."

"Location good as we came to go to a family party in Castor. Rooms spacious, furnishing basic We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle. So, provision of equipment was not adequate for the party size booked. There was no check-in information provided. "Very happy with my stay . Clean house ! Main bed room has a shower and sink . Othe bedroom has 2 single beds and a large family bathroom next door . Internet very good and a HD tv . My second stay "

"Perfect for want we wanted. Came over from NZ to visit family and friends."

"Overall the house was comfortable and cosy. The only drawback was that we did not find any extra pillows and bedrooms have no lampshades. The location was excellent and only around 25 mins walk to the town centre. Tasco is only 10 mins walk away and Abington Park around 15mins walk. Other shops are also within walking distance. The host was always reachable and even allowed us to keep the suitcases in the house after check out at 11am since the taxi came for us later. Will definitely recommend. "

"The location was outstanding and the house was quirky, spacious and perfect for our stay. Everything was provided and the host was friendly and checked on us. Fantastic garden and grounds with lots of wildlife and space for grandchildren to play. Quiet and relaxing. Would love to visit again."
