"There is no denying that this is a beautiful apartment which has been furnished to a high specification and we enjoyed our stay here. However due to COVID we were asked to check in 2 hours later so that the apartment could be "deep cleaned". We therefore didn't expect to find dirty cupboards, crockery and cutlery. We cleaned these ourselves but found Air Manage Suffolk very difficult to deal with. In addition, beware that the railway line and in particular the level crossing with it's very loud...

"The property is compact but cute. You need to leave instructions on how to use the shower. Also, sometimes you communicated through VRBO and sometimes through Stay in Suffolk with different reference numbers so it was very confusing. I will book directly with SIS next time."

"Honestly, this could not have been more perfect for us. A stone's throw from the beach, easy (and safe) walk into the town centre (even quicker to the sweet shop), and it was a cosy, quiet retreat in the evenings. The kids loved the bunks, and the en suite to the main bedroom meant we had our own bathroom and the kids theirs. Really nice size for a top floor flat and the main area was ideal for our stay. Just perfect."
