"We had a great 3 night stay with 2 children and 2 adults. As others have said, the upstairs rm is really only accessible for older children (5/6 +) & adults due to v v steep stairway. Bed upstairs was super comfy, twin beds a little on the hard side for us. Note that only 13 tog duvets were available if this is likely to be a problem. "Cottage is in an excellent location, opposite the river and the New Inn pub which serves very good food.Two minutes walk to village centre and local shops,cafes, restaurant and another pub. "We had a lovely time and the cottage was in a perfect spot. A walk around the corner to the beach and flowers left by the owner. It’s a quaint little place that comes with the usual things. Such as a low door way and winding staircase which you do get used to. The garden really was lovely to sit in and private too."

"Great base for our family holiday to Caister. Well appointed had everything you would need. Plenty of towels which was good as we needed one in the kitchen for drying hands. Did not mention in advert that was right next door to a pub, most nights this was not an issue as the bedrooms are at the front, but on the Saturday there was a live band in the pub which was very loud and went on until 11.30pm. "What a wonderful weekend spent in this beautiful lodge in the norfolk broads . The pictures do not do this place justice it is beautifully furnished and decorated and so comfortable. We came for two nights with my friends and parents and had lovely relaxing evenings sitting round fireplace playing board games. I arranged a boat trip with the host Andrew for the saturday in the cruiser boat for 4 hours which was worth every penny it was pouring with rain but didnt spoil our fun we enjoyed seeing...

The owners left scones, cream and jam for us adults and sweets on the kids beds which they were very excited about. The Bungalow was clean and tidy. It had everything we could possibly need.
