Thorpe Langton Road in Leicestershire This stretch of road runs between the villages of Thorpe Langton and East Langton.

Up Langton Caudle on the Leicestershire Round. An attractive little hill named 'Langton Caudle' lies just north of Thorpe Langton. Where the 'Caudle' part of the name originates from, I don't know. The dictionary refers to Caudle as a "warm, spicy gruel for invalids". Fittingly, the nearby Langton brewery offers a beer with this name
