Excellent Stay
We traveled in for a hockey tournament and stayed with another family. The location was close to the falls and the rinks. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The owner was prompt to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful house
Positives-The house was beautiful with plenty of space. It had everything we needed for our stay. 20 minutes to Niagara. We would definitely stay here again. Negatives: the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for cleanliness was because one of the bedrooms was not vacuumed and had a Popeyes cup in the corner. Everywhere else was very clean. We also didn’t receive the code to unlock the door but I was able to reach the host when we arrived to obtain it. Still overall we really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is lovely and there is a Walmart and dollar store a few minutes away. There were also a lot of restaurants close by as well.

Wedding bridal party
Our bride’s team stayed the night before the wedding in NOTL for a get together and then did hair and make-up here the next day. Her father and I stayed here the night of the wedding. Home is brand new, very large and has everything you need. Nice location, comfortable beds self check-in was great. We did wash towels over night so bring laundry soap. Safe neighbourhood. Perfect place to stay. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just what we needed
This stay was amazing. The house is huge and had plenty of space for us to spread out. The hosts were very responsive to every question. It’s a short distance from Niagara and close to shopping for food and beverages. The neighborhood was quiet. Even though there is construction, it did not affect us at all! I was surprised to see that they had a high chair and baby spoons! I highly recommend this!

Pro: -big house with enough rooms and washrooms for a family of 5. - close to walmart to buy all your basic needs Cons: - need more basic kitchen items like, pots, kitchen towels, baking pans so we can make chicken nuggets, water needs to be connected to fridge so it can make ice and have cold water, plastic utensils like cups for kids, etc..., we cooked so we bought food for breakfast like sausage bacon, eggs and bread.. had to go back and get oil as home didnt have any; dishwasher needed to be fastened onto the counter also a safety issue (im assuming it still needed to be done as its unfinshed) - bathrooms with shower need bath rugs so your feet are not cold on the bare floor, need to label which one in the shower is body wash and shampoo (we thought it was shampoo and conditioner but they both were bubbly) - king bed had a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet (it kept coming off when we slept), all beds only had 2 pillows that were flat (usually theres 4 pillows) - the carpet needed to be vaccumed properly it had hair balls all over. There was no vacuum in the home, i couldve done it. - the washer and dryer is not put on the right side. Washer should be on left side and dryer on the right so its seamless when you put clothes from washer to dryer so the doors dont bump and scratch. All washers open from right to left and dryers from left to right. The installation people should have known this. - no garbage and recycle bins in garage. Thanks for sharing your home!

We stayed here for 4 nights in April. The house is very new and clean, and the pictures that are posted are accurate. However, it is in a brand new unfinished/unlandscaped subdivision so there’s no yard or place to play outside, which would have been helpful to know. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay with definitely enough room for our family of 6. Thank you!

Perfect Homebase
We had an amazing stay at this lovely home. It was clean, SPACIOUS, and was a perfect Homebase for our stay in the Niagara area. Check-in was smooth and effortless and communication with the host was great. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back again next year!

not quite what we expected
Family vacation...For the tourist area, the price was better than most. The morning of checkin I had to call and text the host for access code, which by the original booking we were told we would have 72hrs before check-in. Then the host advised I would have in a couple of days, obviously confusing me with another patron, and I had to reiterate that I had a checkin in less than 4 hours. This was a new home, no yard/ landscaping/ or poured driveway! Minimal furniture - the couch/table, dining table, 4 stools at counter, 3 queen beds and 1 king bed were all that was there- truthfully appeared to be staging in a home trying to be sold. This emptiness along with no carpeting created quite the echo! There were no cooking pans. Service for 8 was there, plus some plastic kids plates and a high chair. Keurig, toaster, hotpot were there. Laundry equipment available. There were only 3 towels! And we questioned if the sheets had ever been washed as the folds were in only a flat sheet across mattress with no padding. The host did give us code to access key to his storage room to obtain towels - which were in packaging appearing new and unwashed. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in main shower - I question if it had been cleaned. Don't fall for the good price, stay closer to the falls for a bit more money and avoid the aggravation. But ultimately it was a place for breakfast and sleep.

Straight to the point ..Did not receive password on time to enter house , WiFi did not work and host had me on the phone with the cable company as there was no cell service which meant no tv , there is only 1 tv in the whole house , there are no curtains in the bathrooms I had to put wet garbage bags in the window I thought was ridiculous couldn’t walk in the bathroom without being exposed , walls are thin enough that the neighbor played music all night until we checked out at 11am the next morning ……the good …it’s a newly built house , clean and that’s it
