Overall great stay and highly recommended. Super easy to find and park. The room was clean, modern, and well presented. The owner even pre-reserved us a table for dinner, which was a welcome surprise since we were tired and extremely hungry. The food was amazing as well. All in all I would highly recommend.

We decide to stay at Molton, not York due to the relatively higher price of the York hotel and our trip plan. It proves to be a good choice. The property located in a small and quiet town with about 10-15 minutes walk to the railway station. I was traveling to the area alone and had chosen to stay here. I was greeted by a very friendly lady who I later discovered was the owner. The room was very clean a pretty with everything you needed. That evening I had a drink in the bar and the owners were so friendly and welcoming offering any assistance I may need. The breakfast was delicious and while I didn’t eat a meal there the menu looked great and very varied. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

It was a great experience for my wife and I to sleep over a pub. The staff were extremely friendly. We met some wonderful people from Wells and we had a really good beer and cider. They even made us a platter of cheese and crackers.
The parking was very good, access to the pub was a little difficult due to the many staircases one had to use to get to our room. It was especially difficult getting large suitcases up, but that is natural when there are no elevators. if It was warm and cozy, the...

This property was so lovely. It was beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The attention to detail in every little bit of our stay (including the chocolate eggs left in our room when we stayed at Easter) was impressive and we felt welcomed and well-cared for by our hosts. Breakfast was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!

10/10 for overall quality, attention to detail, comfort, attentiveness, full English breakfast and more. One tiny niggle - I suspect that the owner's suite was above my room and footsteps above were clearly audible (early and late only). I would strongly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

The two-bedroom suite was simply amazing. Clean, updates and spacious. It was shocking how nice it was. The pub is clearly a village asset and the local for families. It was only a short drive from Scarborough. Perfect stay. My only caution would be noise from the pub. We happened to be out until 11 attending a concert. Sunday nigh Karaoke ended at 11. Lucky us.

We would return to this wonderful out of the way inn again. The staff was interested in our stay and our travels each day. They provided wonderful onsite information, as well as, a smile every time we walk in. The food at the inn was beyond expectations.
