The hosts were attentive and considerate, and even extended our check out to account for bad weather on the roads without being asked. Yhe hardest part of staying was having to leave, and we’d jump at the chance of staying here again."

This house has air conditioning, which was important since we went during the hottest week. Host super responsive and we had a lot of fun 14 people stayed quite comfortably in the house 4 families, 8 adults 6 kids. Would totally stay again if in that part of the country!"

"Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either.
