My one complaint is that lack of sound proofing, when someone walked past my room it sounded like a heard of elephants and anyone talking while walking past it sounded like they were purposely shouting (they may have been but I shouldn’t think they were) "

"Good price for the night, clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff. The only problem was there was no one on reception at 7.40pm. A note was left on the desk, asking customers to ring a mobile number. But as a person who had just arrived from abroad and didnt have a UK mobile phone couldn’t ring the number. Luckily another customer who was also waiting and had a UK mobile phone, rang the number for me. "
