"Lovely country pub with accommodation. Room was very comfortable and clean with good quality linen. Dinner was well priced with large servings. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with good quality ingredients. Only criticism is that there were no breakfast options for children. Perhaps some cereal on offer would go along way for kids or even just a simple boiled egg with soldiers. Thanks for a lovely safe stay!"

Great food, great people working there and a wonderful location. A walk over the bridge opposite is well worth it as well, as is exploring the local medieval church just down the road."
