"Eventhough the rooms appeared clean and new. The cups kept had dirt on them. The water was smelly. Also the AC was functioning in one of our rooms, when I informed they checked but it was not fixed. When checked with the reception while checking out the response was cold and they told since we booked online they coild do nothing on payment.
