"From the moment we arrived the guest experience was truly exceptional. The hotel is quiet clean and perfectly tucked away from the noise surrounded by calming water which made for a peaceful escape. The service was far above what we’ve come to expect especially in today’s climate where hospitality standards have declined. This is by far the best, highest quality hotel I’ve stayed at in Tampa. The onsite restaurant was equally impressive from delicious breakfasts to perfectly cooked steak dinners. We were treated with such care and professionalism throughout our stay. Highly recommend! "

" Room was dirty dust under bed and trash, the closet is inside the bathroom the vent does not work the closet had mold the lamps had mold the air-conditioning lid came off and it was all nasty. The breakfast had saggy warmed in a bag croissants. Only sausage (pork) no choice for ppl with allergies."

"Finding the check in was probably the only slight negative about this resort. It is huge and caters for the huge number of people that visit it extremely well. Everywhere is hustling and busy all the time, but you can always get a drink/food/sunbed easily. Staff were great too. "
