"Front desk staff was amazing, day shift and night. I apologize for forgetting the gentlemen's name that worked nights but he was very helpful in getting a small issue resolved and was super cool. Rich the manager, took care of the concern promptly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Amber at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She answered all my questions and took care of a second reservation for me, super welcoming to have such a great front desk staff. Rooms were very clean and tv was awesome "

"A relaxing location with many amenities available. We enjoyed eating outside at the restaurant for dinner and riding bikes available into Geneva-on-the-Lake in the morning. Our room was spacious with a comfy bed, too!"
