"Located in the city centre, access to shopping and citywide attractions make this property a great value for money"

"I had problems with the hot water for 2 days until I got upgraded to the 3rd floor, where the rooms are well maintained and the plumbing works. This hotel need major renovations it’s a shade of what it used to be under private ownership. The people/ staff were lovely"

"I booked 2 Rooms in one booking. When I come for check in, they said there is no booking found. Later they took few minutes to find my bookings. Then they said sorry. While i checked out the same problem they told only one room paid. Second payment not received. We showed our payment receipt. Then they took few minutes to check with their system they found full payment. We feel they are not in good knowledge. Unwanted waiting while check in and check out. "

"The sheets were cleaned but they were not white anymore."

"Poor customer service. Doesn’t even know how to talk to customers."

"Bad place, nobody to help, waited for 1 and half hour and then checked in to a new hotel, never ever this place"
