"I had a very late arrival because of long travel and the Owner graciously met me after the hotel had closed and gave me my key. This is east of Yale by about half an hour drive and I stayed here for Yale graduation. The room was large, clean, and spacious, and there was adequate parking. The premises felt safe for a lady solo traveler. Would highly recommend, especially for any Yale function because it is an easy drive, very findable. Many thanks to the Owner!"

"If you are looking for a nice getaway at a private beach this property is for you! The property is decorated perfectly for the beach both inside and out. The property owners are very responsive to all requests and have done a great job making this space a nice getaway. I would absolutely stay here again."

"So the listing said house number 26 but it's really 25. So we circled the block a few times. Then the key was not in the key safe. Called the owner who apologized profusely. Had to wait a half hour for the key. Not ideal. Otherwise ok. "
