"Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. Bedrooms/Bathrooms/kitchen on the top floor, living room/TV area in the bottom floor. No air conditioning in any of the rooms, so summer will be very warm. Very attentive management. Easy check...

"No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend."

"Ich habe diese Unteekunft gewählt, um sie als Ausgangspunkt für eine Städtereise nach Paris zu nutzen. Wir waren 1 Erwachsener und 3 Teenager. Die Unterkunft war mit 2 Duschen und 2 Toiletten optimal für uns. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Und konnten uns nachts fernab des Großstadttrubels erholen. "Bathrooms full of mold. Description of the bedrooms is incorrect. We had 2 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds on the 1st floor. "The facility was acceptable but access was quite difficult. We were expecting the lock box with the key in a different location. By complete chance a passing neighbour helped us figure it out. I would say some improvement can be made with respect to informing guests about the layout of the apartment and gaining access. Once we were in, there were no surprises and we spent an enjoyable evening before going to CDG."

"We rented this property for 3 nights, but only stayed one night and then had to rent a hotel for the other two nights. This property has bedbugs. BEDBUGS!! The property manager refused to refund my money and VRBO was no help at all. I have never left a bad review on VRBO, but I’ve never had to deal with bedbugs before either."
