"Porte Alpeve is on the outskirts of Shkoder. The hotel is brand new. So new the reception staff seem surprised we were checking in. But staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unlike most places we stayed in the regions the TV gave access to streaming services. We got an exceptional sleep as the location is dead quite and the rooms are pretty much soundproof. "
