THE BALCONY OF THE RIVIERA.
On a portion of LITTORAL VERY PRESERVED, the residence is located on the seafront in Théoule sur Mer, prestigious and upscale resort, close to Cannes.

Secure residential subdivision, access is by making a grid with code via a seaside PRIVATE DEAD END. Place so really PROTECTED AND QUIET.

Housing recently RENOVATED IN GOOD CONDITION, FULLY EQUIPPED AND STANDING. There is also parking available.

The apartment is bright with large openings and windows offering and for each piece of EXCEPTIONAL PANORAMIC all along the coast of the Coast and the Mediterranean Sea.

110m2 surface, 4 ROOMS and 3 bedrooms can accommodate 6 PEOPLE, WIFI, TV with Cable, HIFI and library available.

We find out a very large balcony facing the sea, a terrace where you can relax and enjoy a panoramic view, a parasol and blinds to keep out the sun.

Every room overlooking the sea, you will not be disappointed with this BEAUTIFUL AND SPECTACULAR PANORAMIC day and night on the rocky coast of Esterel, the bay of Cannes, the Lerins Islands, the peninsula of Antibes and even the Alps.

A nice and relaxing MEDITERRANEAN FLORA (mimosas, bougainvillea, palm trees ...) surrounds the residence in a garden.

The hiring is only a few minutes from shops open all year both at Théoule sur Mer and la Napoule. Shopping center with very good behavior in Mandelieu. Convenience Store also in Trayas.

For those who like to admire the NATURAL BEAUTY COASTAL and breathe the sea air in his lungs, then you will enjoy a spectacular quiet environment of the Mediterranean and the French Riviera in a modern comfort with impeccable service.

The view to end all views

My family and I had a great time in Theoule sur Mer. The residence was lovely and the view was to die for - waking up every day and looking across the bay of Cannes never got old. Alexandra was a charming hostess and communicated swiftly and efficiently. Philippe was a gentleman throughout the process and assisted us when we had any problems. A must stay for anyone with aesthetic leanings - I have to say again, what a view!

La vue la plus spectaculaire que l'on puisse trouver

Un appartement spacieux, d'un grand confort et très bien équipé mais surtout le luxe de la vue totalement ouverte sur la baie de Cannes, l'Estérel et les montagnes qui nous a offert un spectacle sans cesse renouvelé par les changements de lumière au cours de la journée voire à la nuit. Un enchantement ! Un accueil parfait, bref un séjour vraiment superbe.

Superbe vue

Nous avons été bien accueillis, merci à Alexandra L’appartement est situé dans les hauteurs avec une vue superbe sur la mer et la baie de Cannes Exposition Est avec du soleil dés le matin sur la terrasse et le midi, ensuite il y a plutôt de l’ombre l’après-midi. Pour les courses, il faut prendre la voiture, petite supérette à Théoule-sur-Mer, avec boulangerie, restaurant. Et pas très loin en voiture tout ce qu’il faut à Mandelieu-la-Napoule. Gigantischer Blick über die Bucht von Cannes. Atemberaubender Aufenthalt. Super Terrasse, sehr schöne, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung. Trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Für uns traumhaft.

Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht und sehr nettem Vermieter

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung verfügt wie beschrieben über sechs vollwertige Schlafgelegenheiten in drei Schlafzimmern (zwei Einzelbetten, 1x französisches Doppelbett, 1x geräumiges Doppelbett). Ein Badezimmer ist nur durch das hintere Schlafzimmer zugänglich und mit Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken (allerdings ohne Toilette!) ausgestattet. Ein weiteres kleines Badezimmer verfügt über ein Waschbecken und die Dusche (eine Duschtür wäre hier anstelle eines Duschvorhangs super!) - auch dieses kleine Bad hat keine Toilette. Die einzige Toilette ist direkt vom Wohn- und Essbereich über vier Stufen erreichbar - es handelt sich um einen recht kleinen, fensterlosen Raum, der ausschließlich das WC beinhaltet. Ein Waschbecken gibt es hier nicht. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist sicherlich der große Wohn-Essbereich mit der integrierten Küche. Vom Sofa sowie vom Esstisch aus kann man den beeindruckenden Fernblick über die Bucht von Cannes schweifen lassen und bei entsprechender Wetterlage im Hintergrund die schneebedeckten Gipfel der Alpen sehen. Es steht ein großer Esstisch für sechs Personen zur Verfügung sowie zwei Doppelsofas und ein Sessel. Von hier hat man auch Zugang zur Terrasse. Die Küche ist überwiegend gut ausgestattet - wir haben lediglich "vernünftige" Töpfe vermisst. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Phillippe hat sich sehr bemüht, alle Fragen zu beantworten und alles dafür getan, dass wir eine tolle Urlaubswoche hatten. Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass das Haus an einem Nordhang liegt. Gerade im Frühling und Herbst gibt es Sonne daher nur am frühen Vormittag. Im Sommer ist das aber vielleicht gar kein Nachteil, sondern eher ein Vorteil. Die unmittelbare Nähe der vielbefahrenen Küstenstraße haben wir nicht bemerkt. Da das Haus an der Klippe unmittelbar unter der Straße liegt, bekommt man vom dortigen Lärm nichts mit. Der Blick über die Bucht ist wirklich einzigartig. Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes haben uns lediglich die Ameisen etwas gestört, die sich vor allem nachts in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben. Nachdem wir uns dran gewöhnt hatten, war das aber kein Problem mehr für uns. Wir können die Ferienwohnung für einen Familienurlaub uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Très beau cadre mais ...

La vue est réellement magnifique mais l'appartement est un peu vieillissant à l'intérieur. Pour le reste, proximité de la route (très fréquentée) et peu d'accès à la mer. Voiture indispensable pour se déplacer (boulangerie, courses, ...) même si arrêt de bus à proximité. Accès sécurisé agréable (garantie de parking).

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Großartige Aussicht, großzügige und gemütliche Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen! Anmerkung: Angegeben sind 3 Badezimmer, tatsächlich gibt es aber nur eine Toilette (sehr klein, ohne Fenster und bei z.B 6 Personen in der Wohnung schwierig) und 1 kleines Bad mit Waschbecken und Dusche und ein größeres mit Badewanne und 2 Waschbecken.

Great apartment with amazing view

We (a family of two adults and three children, age 8, 15 and 18 years) had a great holiday in this apartment. The view from all rooms and the wonderful terrace was absolutely amazing!! Communication around all practicalities went very smoothly.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Die Wohnung gefiel uns sehr gut. Es war alles wie im Internet beschrieben. Es war auch alles ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt auch eine Garage für das Auto. Das Einzige, was nicht gut war, waren die Kleiderschränke in den Schlafzimmern. Die waren gefüllt und nicht für die Mieter zu gebrauchen. Wir mussten aus dem Koffer leben. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr nett und freundlich und gab viele Auskünfte. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, wozu auch sehr der traumhafte Ausblick von der Terrasse beitragen hat. Also, empfehlenswert.

Séjour enchanteur.

Inoubliables levers de soleil de la terrasse surpomblant mer et rochers. Situation permettant de rayonner dans la région puis de retrouver le calme d'un environnement privilégié. Appartement lumineux et confortable, fonctionnel pour 6 personnes qui ont eu l'impression de vivre dans une maison.... Avis unanime d'une famille de 23 à 70 ans, enthousiamée par leur séjour à Théoule !

un séjour à renouveler

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout d abord, du balcon longeant tout l appartement et de la terrasse, la vue est vraiment exceptionnelle.La location peut accueillir sans problème 6 adultes.Rien ne manque.Etant dans un domaine privé, il est possible de se garer sans soucis ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis . Nous conseillons donc cette location à tous.

PERFEKT! Wunderschöne FeWo mit Erholungsgarantie

Eine wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte und neuwertige Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick über die Bucht von Cannes bis hoch zu den Alpen. Das Appartment bietet alles was ein erholsamer Urlaub benötigt und hat die Erwartungen anhand des Online-Inserats übertroffen. Viele Sehenwürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Attraktionen sind über die Küstenstraße schnell erreichbar. Ruhige Badestrände befinden sich nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Für Motorradfahrer gibt es eine Vielzahl an atemberaubenden Strecken rundum die Cote Dàzur und Seealpen. Für unsere Motorräder wurde uns problemlos eine Garage zur Verfügung gestellt. Anhand unserer Erfahrung kann man dieses Appartment zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Un séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un 2e séjour (apre un premier sejour en aout 2013) formidable dans cette maison idealement située entre Theoule et le Trayas, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Cannes et les Iles de Lerins. La maison est très agréable et dispose de tous les aménagements souhaitables, et se trouve à quelques minutes des plages et des restaurants de Théoule et de Mandelieu, moins encombrées que les plages de Cannes, ainsi que des ports de la Rague et de la Napoule. Bref une destination que nous recommandons sans hesitation.
