Villa Rock, ideally located in the estate of Théoule-sur-Mer, will ensure you a dreamlike stay
Completely open onto the Bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands, its splendid decoration and its complete fittings, will delight you
Thanks to its infinity pool equipped with Jacuzzi, you will float above the Mediterranean Sea and the 160 m² terrace built in the Esterel Massif will be ideal to relax
The living spaces, the living room, the dining room and the open plan kitchen fully fitted in the outdoor area will make you enjoy an exceptional quality of life
Bedrooms are spacious, very comfortable, beautifully decorated and have a private shower room
The entire villa is air-conditioned and heated and there are Wi-Fi connexion and satellite television in the bedrooms and the living room
Secured parking and garage.


A deposit of 5000 euros by bank transfer is due directly to the owner 7 days before arrival and returned within 7 days.

Our rates include 4 hours of cleaning per week as well as the end-of-stay cleaning package.

Perfect Côte d’Azur Getaway

Villa Roc is as advertised in the previous reviews. Matching the 5-Star views and location is the home itself. The wall to ceiling, sliding glass doors in the spacious and comfortable family room provide an amazing indoor/outdoor experience. The oversized gourmet kitchen, ample dining room table and outdoor dining area has everything you need to host your family or a dinner party. If dining out is more your thing, there are fantastic restaurants minutes away in Théoule-sur-Mer and near Plage de la Raguette. Having a car is recommended, however, the train station is minutes away if you do not want to drive for day trips. Easy day trips are any of the towns from St Tropez to Monaco along the coast or venture inland to the Loup River area and visit Grasse, Gourdon, Tourette-sur-Loup and St Paul de Vence. One final note: The concierge service provided by Jeroen helped my family feel right at home. Thank you Pierre & Brigitte for a FANTASTIC family vacation!

Nos plus belles vacances! tout été réunis pour passer une semaine magique, tout d'abord la villa, somptueuse, une vue a couper le souffle, l'extérieur joliment arboré avec une piscine et un jacuzzi propice a la détente, un intérieur luxueux, l'aménagement et la déco sont épurés et modernes, la villa est conçu pour que chacun est son petit coin de tranquillité, tout été parfait. La cote est magnifique, sauvage, les petits villages de theoule sur mer ( et la Napoule a 5 min ) sont très sympa, entre ces petits commerces de proximité, le marché avec ses produits typiquement locaux, et tout ces petits restos les pieds dans l'eau... tout simplement que du bonheur!!! et évidemment impatients de revenir dans ce petit coin de paradis. de tout cœur merci

WOW.. AMAZING

We stayed here in early June, what an amazing villa. Very comfortable and very stylish. The owner was very helpful when we needed anything. The location is amazing, 15 minutes drive away from Cannes, but still very quiet and peaceful. The view from the house overlooking Cannes bay is incredible. Thanks Pierre and Brigitte for such a great holiday !!

Notre séjour d'une semaine dans cette villa à THEOULE S/MER a été apprécié par tous les membres de la famille; la piscine chauffée, les 5 chambres spacieuses avec SDB, la grande terrasse, le coin repas extérieur, la plancha, la VUE exceptionnelle ! vraiment SUPER, GENIAL...tout était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa à celles et ceux qui apprécient le calme et le confort. Cet endroit - la ville, la villa, les alentours - est véritablement merveilleux et c'est un déchirement de le quitter ! Nous reviendrons ! Merci au propriétaire pour nous avoir permis de partir plus tard que l'heure prévue et pour nos échanges cordiaux.
