Amazing home in Theoule Sur Mer

Located in Théoule-sur-Mer, this holiday home with private pool is the ideal base for a sunny and unforgettable holiday.



The villa benefits from an elevated position in a quiet and welcoming residential neighbourhood. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the sea, the Lérins Islands and the mountains. The outdoor environment here is perfect for many cosy barbecues, and the lovingly furnished and elegantly colour-decorated rooms are also a pleasure to spend time in. With its four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the property can accommodate up to eight people. The accommodation is air-conditioned so that the indoor climate remains pleasant even in the hot summer months. However, the swimming pool is the best place to cool off.



A small path takes you to the sandy beach further down (800 metres), where you will also find restaurants and a wide range of water sports. Golf, horse riding, tennis: sporty holidaymakers will feel right at home here. Take a trip to the Lérins Islands, whose nature is like a postcard idyll and will remain in your memory for a long time. The zoo in Fréjus and the ropes course near Grasse are great experiences for families with children. Fréjus and Grasse, with their museums and architectural heritage, are also recommended for holidaymakers interested in art and history.

Fantastic location!

Great location, with magnificient view. Too bad the equipment was a bit outdated and not in great shape but the house and pool are just great ! Exceptional contact with Anne, who was adorable ! Thanks a lot for your kindness.

Pool with breathtaking views over the Bay of Cannes

We chose this villa due to its' location and views and were still overwhelmed by the views from villa and its' pool over the Bay of Cannes as they were even better than shown in the pictures. Mornings were especially beautiful with perfect view of the sunrises.Location is also good enough given its' location high on the hill as there are stony stairs leading down to the main road and from there it takes approx 10 minutes to get to the Plage de la Rague, which is much nicer than Plage du Maurin - technically closer to the villa. Though going up is a bit challenging, but good for your cardio:)Sure, there were some minor issues with appliances (electric sockets were not really working in one bedroom), but overall the villa is in a decent shape and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a proper meals for the whole family.Our contact Anne was exceptional - super nice, responsive and attentive!
