"Very clean and well equipped including snacks, coffee and all anyone needs.We felt very much at home and will try to book this nice little cottage again on our next Jacksonville trip.Suggestion to Hostess:Suggest you review and modify the sprinkler system so it does not spray well water on the car, leaving hard water spots. The mostly dirt parking area and yard walkway to cottage tracks dirt to the cottage and to the car. Suggest improved in that area. The cottage is delightful!"

"Tried to check in early, the hotel wanted $60 so we waited and checked in later. I forgot my wallet so the desk clerk would not let me check in. My wife with the same last name and credit card was with me. They would not let her check in. We could check in only if I had MY driver's license. We went down the street and stayed at a Marriott. Please reverse the $122.53 you charged on my credit card."

"The house was very nice and clean. The back yard was very messy and the pool had not been cleaned before our arrival. We let them know and someone came and took care of it within the next day. Overall our stay was nice and enjoyable. "

"There were many positives about this home—the spacious layout, a great kitchen, and very responsive owners. However, we did run into some cleanliness issues. The pool, showers, and dishes were not as clean as expected, and we ended up washing everything we used from the kitchen cupboards before using it.The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is advertised as quiet, which is accurate—but something to be very aware of. We were a group of nine (six adults and three boys, ages 13, 11, and 9). On our first evening, around 7:30–8:00 pm, the kids were swimming in the pool. Later, after we had gone inside with all doors and windows closed, my nephew was using a karaoke machine. We began receiving urgent messages from the owners saying neighbors were complaining. While it felt early in the evening, we understood the need to respect the quiet setting.On Sunday afternoon, while the boys were again playing in the pool, a neighbor yelled at us over the fence. After that, we felt uncomfortable using the outdoor space and ended up keeping the kids inside, which put a damper on the trip.Overall, if you are traveling with children or plan to spend time outside, it’s important to be aware of how strict and sensitive the surrounding neighborhood is. We often felt like we had to be extremely cautious, which affected our ability to fully relax and enjoy the stay."
