"Dauphin pod was a great dog friendly place to stay for my husband and I. It was centrally located on the Island. The beach was about a .5 mile walk so I would suggest taking a little wagon to haul your beach gear. It was very clean and had all the essentials! Communication with the host was very quick."

"We had a great time at this little cottage. Plenty of space for our group to spread out. Kayaks, the outdoor patio, boat ramp all a huge plus. Kitchen also had everything we needed and the enclosed porch was a huge bonus. Quiet, and the mattresses were quite comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!!"

"We booked this rental for over 2 months while we were relocating and looking for a home of our own. We brought our dog and the host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. The location is beautiful and a short walk to the beach and its very dog friendly. The rental was clean and inviting. Plenty of room for 6 or more guests. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grill was available also. We loved the private screened in porch in the back to enjoy morning coffee and evening...

"Lovely location overlooking the bay. If you want to be outside of the busyness of the city but close enough to enjoy all Fairhope has to offer this is a great option. The home has some foundation/settling issues that need to be addressed but don't let this stop you from staying here. We had six adults in our party and had plenty of room. The sunsets are amazing! No boat dock/pier at time of our stay."

"I can't say enough good things about this place. The sunrises and moonrises were incredible. The setting was very private and the neighbors we encountered on our walks were all very friendly. The house was perfect for my family and our little dogs. It felt like the kind of place we used to stay for our childhood vacations. Not fancy, just comfortable. "Just spent a long weekend at Bayside Cottage in Fairhope, AL. The house was very clean and welcoming. Great location by the water with very nice views and easy access to bayside walks along the water. Management company had very prompt response times and very courteous. Would highly recommend this to anyone."

"Overall, we had a wonderful time. The codo was very clean. Only thing that was very disapointing was the cooking wear. Pans are in horrible shape, couldn't hardly cook eggs, pancakes, and baccon without burning because it stuck. Needs to be better equipped with cooking wear, pizza pan, pizza cutter. Simple things like that. The grill was in horrible shape. Other than that, we had a great time."

"Cottage was very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of beach toys and chairs were available. Probably would need to drive over to the public parking by the beach if you are carrying much for your set up on the beach. Get your shrimp at Billys and shop at Walmart for your groceries. Stay off the strip between Foley and Gulf Shores due to heavy traffic. Enjoyed our stay very much!"
