"First time I stayed at this hotel, the breakfast was great, oferring actual breakfast sandwiches. This time was normal hotel breakfast, which was ok, but the sandwiches were way better. When we came into the hotel to check in, we were greeted with a seriously strong sewage smell. It had dissipated some by the next day, but was still noticeable. This was only in the hotel lobby area."

"Checking was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love Best Westerns, and I appreciate how awesome the stay is, how comfortable the beds and pillows are, and how accommodating staff is, as well as the hotel. There is a $100 fee that gets put on hold so if there’s something severely ruined it gets paid for that isn’t in the up front costs or in the agreement at checkout on the apps, or on the website. I understand the reasons for it, but that should be disclosed prior to check in, and obvious so people can see it. I had already prepaid for my room, so they had to use my card for that.. I just don’t think it’s right to do that last minute “fee” upon arrival, and I don’t think it’s ok to put your staff in that position to deal with angry customers that won’t reason, or can’t afford that extra fee before it gets put back into the bank. "

"Location was great. It was quiet no outside traffic noise. I liked that you could order from bar area restaurant until 10pm. Really nice gym and pool. Dont like the fact people can see in from the outside. Its on the lower garage level. Breakfast lounge area was very nice, spacious need key card to enter. However needs more attention on lounge clean up. Same mess on the floor for four days. Room was very nice and spacious. But everything is in the details. I believe we just got a lemon of a room. I had to call down for new linens and cleaner for the couch. The couch cushions weren't wiped down had grease stains that needed to be wiped down. The pull out bed had crumbs on it. Had to change out bed sheets. The most annoying was the bathroom tissue holder was broken. The bathroom lightup mirror was not very bright. Had to get ready outside bathroom area. Exhaust fan was almost non existent as well. Ice cube tray was dirty in the freezer. It would have helped to have more than one kitchen towel as well. We had a good stay there were three adults in our room. Would stay again. "

"The shower and sink were clogged; I requested that this issue be fixed on several occasions, but my request was not addressed. I had to find another hotel. We were a team of three people (occupying three rooms), and all three of us moved."
