"BEST HOTEL BREAKFAST EVER! We are frequent travelers so that we are fussy about breakfast options. AMAZING and TASTY! Offerings we would not even have imagined including homemade cookies, both sweet and savory dishes, including numerous Cretan specialties as well as every part of both an English and a German breakfast. AND the staff were ALL extremely friendly and helpful. The sea views overlooking the port from our room as well as the rooftop restaurant/bar are breathtaking. We have already recommended this hotel to various travelers we met along the way."

"Overall, really good property and I would definitely recommend. I stayed in Basic Studio 1 and it was very spacious with a double bed, 2 seater table, sofa (that could also be a double bed), kitchenette, balcony, and spacious bathroom area with a rainfall shower. The balcony area was large and also had seating for 2 with a table, and a clothes horse to dry clothing. Amenities include an iron and iron boarding, a hair dryer, kettle, coffee machine, under-counter fridge (that was quite big considering, and also has a small freezer section), a plug-in stove top that could accommodate a single pan, a toastie machine, a large sauce pan, large frying pan, and cutlery and crockery for 2 people. It’s worth noting that there’s no microwave, proper toaster, or actual oven, if you’re wanting to cook. Hop-on tourist bus stop right outside the apartment building. My only issues are that it’s a keypad to get into the building and your room (no reception or anything). You should receive this information in an email prior to your arrival but I never did (nor did I know that you needed this key-code). Luckily was able to call and get it over the phone. Was then told on the phone I’d receive the information in a text. Never received an email or a text from them. So make sure you get that code in advance. Also, there’s a pizza restaurant adjoined to the staircase / entrance of the flats. It’s a good restaurant and very convenient. But could get a bit noisy in the evenings if you had kids. "

"Very nice, spacious, comfortable, and clean room in a quiet residential area walking distance from the downtown and port. There is no reception but owners/operators communicate well via whatsup and immediately respond to any concern or request. Would definitely stay here again if given a chance."

"This was a very modern and stylish place, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We could walk to Knossos in about half an hour and there were dining and shopping options nearby. Highly recommended!"
