"Excellent staff and the shuttle "

"Staff was excellent except for one particular person at the front desk who was not very personable or helpful. Gave short “no” answers to most everything. "

"I enjoyed our room, which was very clean and quiet. But most of all, a balcony overlooking the water, put the perfect touch to the room. The staff was helpful, friendly, and there always was coffee. :-)"

"We were on the 2nd floor. No elevator. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. There was no staff on duty. We had a late check in (after 11pm) and there was a notice on the door with the number of the hotel across the street to call if anything was needed. Only waited about 5 minutes for someone to come across to open the registration front door to get us checked in. She was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience."
