"Clean room and free parking"

"Lovely hotel, comfortable, clean, nice food, friendly staff, cool records to play, free sweets n chocolate.. Marvellous!"

"Such a great experience! Great, friendly hosts and great location. Clean room and the coffee station and cold waters were a nice bonus!"

"Very good stay at this hotel great location to York Centre everything within easy walking distance. Very good breakfast with plenty of options for £12 a day and on site parking for £10 a day plus good wifi . They are gradually refurbishing the rooms so some minor attention needed to repairs and bit more attention to cleaning and be full 5 stars. That said I would still stay here as it is now due to its location and excellent staff the small issues mentioned would not spoil your stay."

"Easy check in with clear instructions for entry and parking. Lovely breakfast, hot and cold options. Clean room with a lovely hot shower. Great location for visiting York. Would happily book again."

"Cleaners really helpeful, let me check my bags in early in order to attend a wedding a few miles away. Would love to stay a little longer next time. Also breakfast in the cafe was excellent. Thanks for the stay"

"Been to Clementines several times and would not stay anywhere else. Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend"

"Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a pretty good location too, only 10 minute walk to city centre. Check in and checkout was very straightforward and there’s maps available at the front desk of the city centre and surrounding areas, staff at front desk explain very well how to get to places. Would stay again on my next trip to York :)"

"Decent place to stay, just a little more care on the upkeep of the rooms wouldn’t go a miss."

"Lovely staff and really close to city centre while still being on a quiet street"

"A very enjoyable stay with friendly staff and good meals. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere."

"Room Comfortable, Noise could be heard from adjoining rooms though the hotel did provide earplugs. Good choice of beers in the bar and the Korean food provider served delicious food"

"A bit of a walk to centre of York and other amenities. Hosts were great to deal with. Lots of extras provided in the apartment to help make the stay better. We enjoyed staying there."

"Friendly owner, good communication. Comfortable and clean. Property is convenient for the minster and restaurants/bars. Good value for money in a pricey city"

"Parking Available, close to city centre. Check-in was slightly confusing and rooms are a little hot at times."

"Great location (less than 10 minutes from the train station and old town centre). The hosts were kind and overall it was a sufficiently pleasant experience."

"The staff and grounds were amazing. Loved the garden and the character of Gray’s Court. The bed and mattress in our room are in need of an upgrade as the mattress sagged a bit and the bed frame croaked with every motion."
