Villa Near The Heart of The Villages

Close to the heart of The Villages, our patio villa is just a short ride to Lake Sumter and Spanish Spring. Located in The Village of Summerhill near Southern Trace Plaza.
We were happy to take the month of November to updated our new rental home. LVP throughout, freshly painted, and complete our inventory list. The home is fully furnished and includes a complete Inventory of linens and kitchen items,. We professionally clean and reset the home between each renter.
We look forward to hosting you during your visit to The Villages.

Nice little villa a short bike ride to rec centers and pools

I was the first tenant and Lori wanted to make sure everything was good. The house was neat and clean and had about everything I needed. Very close to activities, but far enough that it was quiet. Also Very close to shopping too. A very pleasant stay.
