"Traveler Disaster!!!!!! We booked 2 bedrooms unit for 5 people to stay 6 nights. We arrived at the property around 11pm, we were told they can only provide us a 1 bedroom unit with no other options. We were so helpless don’t know what to do since we were traveling from other country. After 11 hours flight with 2 kid and a senior end up we have to squeezed in a 1 bedroom unit. The host did not motivate to take care of the refund. So I have to contact Expedia every day to work on the partial...

"Good price. It had what I needed, decently clean, has hot water in the shower, wifi is good, and near a lot of restaurants and The Strand mall. Not a bad place I definitely recommend, but just know you do get what you pay for. It is definitely an old building, and things are going to be more run-down than in a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't bother me too much, but there certainly was a little bit of a fruity/smoke smell in my room depending on the day. I don't think it's the hotel's fault...

"Staff are friendly and helpful. Hope the breakfast could have more options for vegan s. Some places in the room, like coffee mugs and bathtub are not thoroughly cleaned. But it was a joyful stay overall."

"Loved our stay. Breakfast is amazing and worth the price. The views are amazing. Parking was a breeze. We'll be back soon for our second leg. Can't wait to stay here again."
