"The home was perfect. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. Everyone had a comfortable place to shower and sleep. Space for everyone to have fun. We didn’t have time to use the fire pit but the view was gorgeous. No issues. Highly recommend the place. The kids were downstairs and adults upstairs. 3 beds upstairs and 3 sleeping surfaces downstairs …. Bathroom space for everyone. Amazing outdoor area and quiet street."

"Beth's place was a well appointed apartment with anything you would need . The basket of towels and flip flops for the use of the hot tub was a sweet and helpful touch! Everything was super clean and tidy, a cheerful space! We enjoyed the close proximity to all things in Potsdam, especially being rite on the river! All things need for a beautiful fire were well stocked and the hottub was lovely! It's a bit of a walk down to the river but the zig zag path down made it doable for us and my 77 yr old mom! My son is currently enrolled at The University of Potsdam and we definitely plan on staying at Beth's again ! Side note we really enjoyed the distant trains that passed by. It was a sweet unexpected touch, not so close that it was to loud, it was kinda lovely Thanks so much Beth,for the use of your beautiful property ! It was a great place to hang out with my son and family.Danielle"

"The owners were great, the property was perfect for our family of 6 and checking in/out was incredibly easy. The kids loved the hot tub and putting green. It is close to downtown Potsdam, but quiet on the river and off the beaten path. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others."

"The hotel was run by a family who also lived on the premises. The lender who calls himself D was very pleasant at check in. He explained everything up front. The room itself was cozy and pleasant. Hotel was perfect for me as I was visiting my child at Clarkson which was 1/2 mile away. Close to downtown Potsdam where there were shops and restaurants to explore. Will stay again!"
