"It was very quiet. My daughter and I were very comfortable. There were a lot of bookings that night but despite that, all was quiet and they accomodated lots of visitors during breakfast too despite the staff huffing and puffing"

"Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, great location to the beach. Bars and grounds are well kept. Main restaurant is decent but shouldn’t expect anything more than a hotel restaurant. Great bars and live music right next door so wonderful location. "

"We had a Jr. suite at the end of the 6th floor. The rug in the room was filthy and the toilet seat was broken and you could tell it had been spray painted!! The toilet seat!! How much does it cost to change a toilet seat? I love a good boutique hotel, but this one only looks good from a distance. Also front desk staff was rude and couldn’t be bothered with checking people in, she kept signing. Location was at the end of the more popular section of the river walk and we got to listen to homeless men screaming from our balcony which was a nice ending to the evening. We won’t be back and suggest you find somewhere else. "

"Everything was great except part of our group was not told that one of the junior rooms was too close to the Club and the family couldnt sleep all night. Maybe you can house young and party crouds on that side of the hotel and families on the other end so they dont complain. Something to think about."
