"The Sanctuary Lodge is a gem in the entrance of Machu Picchu. Every staff member we met was exceptionally warm, treating us like their family. We were especially impressed by Juan Manuel, Wilmar, Alexander, and Zaraí. Additionally, incredible demonstrations of Peruvian culture by Karen and Gabriel. We really felt taken care of here. "We liked our stay. The bed was great. Cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor and we appreciated the nice hot shower after a long day out. The breakfast was nice (I would only recommend to offer some milk to go with the coffee). The staff was attentive and friendly.
