"Very nice Hotel, great location right in the center of bourbon country and much history. The only real problem we ran into was the restaurant/bar was very poorly managed and getting service was almost impossible. The staff members seemed very friendly but I think they were very poorly trained and the place was understaffed for the number of customers. We waited over an hour for dinner (reservations for 7:15, seated 7:25,meal served 8:30). Housekeeping seemed to be lacking supervision as well. Otherwise, loved the place."

"The room was nice and clean, there was an extra blanket and pillow for the pull-out mattress already in the room and a tv in the bedroom and where the pullout couch was. This made it nice to have two separate areas. The few things I was disappointed in was there was no WiFi in the room, no coffee maker and the phone in the room did not work."
