"Excellent Front Desk Staff!! I had my 83 year old mother in law visiting. They were so kind to provide me with a wheel chair to transport her through the walkway and to her room. Valet was amazing, they were quick, engaging and very professional. Housekeeping was attentive and very accommodating when they provided us with toothbrushes and toothpaste after we forgot to bring ours. Pool and beach staff were fantastic too. I will definitely book again in my next return. It was a one day stay but it was well worth it. I was in room 1284 amazing view of the Beach. "

"The room was run down and grimey. There was LOTS of water damage everywhere, the floor was super uneven and gross (it turned our feet black and we had to have staff clean it twice), the room smelled like mildew, the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Everything seemed half done and cheap. We really expected so much more from a “Double Tree” property. The staff were wonderful though. They were funny, personable, helpful, and accommodating. "

Its location is perfect for us because it was close to many great restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and everything about our stay felt smooth and convenient. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again."
