"The hotel is only 1 year old therefore it was immaculate and beautiful. What was MOST impressive was the front desk clerk, Emily. She was a literal ray of sunshine indoors. It has been so long since I've come across the kind of customer service she provided. You would think she is the owner. I loved Emily! "

"Villa 1565 has a good location 15-20 minute walk to Downtown so you can skip the Uber or parking fees for you car. A few decent restaurants within walking distance and a liquor/convenience store is next door. "

"It’s a good hotel, but I don’t understand why a pet-friendly hotel has carpet in the rooms. I also didn’t see the need for valet parking, especially with a $29 per day charge it didn’t seem necessary. But overall, it was good for our family to stay there for two nights. One more thing: when we arrived after 4 PM, the room wasn’t available. They ended up putting us in a room for guests with disabilities."

"The Emerald room was great, close to the parking with its own entrance. The staff was wonderful, our air conditioners were not working, but they offered us another room(which we refused) and they made it very comfortable for us with fans. It did not affect our visit at all.i would stay there again."

"It would take 10 minutes for us to adjust the shower to the perfect temperature."
