"Room cleanliness was a 2 out of 5. There was hair in my shower and bed. The fridge had soda in it that looked like it exploded. I didn’t feel like I could call and tell them. Staff was busy talking to each other in the middle of me trying to check in. And made little eye contact, made me feel stupid asking questions. Breakfast was good. Parking was also nice. Right on site. Location was right in the middle of everything we went to kc for, so that was nice. Overall it was average. "

"Location is nice, staff friendly and helpful but won't budge on late checkout even for Bonvoy members. Climate controls are right under the unit so the temperature on one end is vastly different from the other side"

"No pool no hot tub have to use valet parking extra charge breakfast is not included extra charge. The only thing we liked was the shower which the bathroom was cold the windows did not keep heat out well. My husband only liked the throw blanket on the bed. There were people yelling and arguing outside our door at like 1am for about 40 minutes to 1 hour "

"This was a wonderful stay! The VRBO was stocked with everything we could need, the hosts truly went above and beyond to make the experience comfortable and pleasant for us. The stairs are steep so you need to make sure you can carry luggage up, but once we were in, we couldn’t have asked for more. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!"
