"Amazing stay perfect for our annniversary weekend"

"Everything was perfect"

"This was one of my better experiences at a hotel! The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect! The room and entire property was extremely clean! I will for sure be staying here during all my future San Antonio trips!!"

"Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter. "The Spanish ambience was so beautiful and comfortable. The staff was great. We went to the bar most nights and Daphne and all the bartenders were so friendly and professional. The valet guys, Patrick and Armando, were so friendly, funny, and efficient. I’m telling everyone about the Omni on the river. I want to come back!"

"Great customer service"

"There are plenty of amenities nearby, so you don't need to go anywhere else."

"Didn’t spend much time for the hotel was nice and the room was clean. I loved the toiletries selection"

"great gym amenities and very accommodating and helpful staff"

"I was told you would give me a refund we did not have hot water for 2 days so their was no showers. We had to ask for toilet paper towels washcloths and it goes on and and on. We saw a bug in the bathroom and the place needed a good cleaning."
