"Had a room reserved through the Expedia app. When we arrived a little after 10pm we were told there were no more rooms available…basically they gave our room to someone else that was a walk in. I never received communication from the hotel nor Expedia; I know they used my reservation because I received an email around 8pm saying ‘thanks for checking in’ which I thought was odd. The receptionist told me he was able to find a room at a different hotel for us, which was a 7-8min drive away…we had...

Honestly, I will say that she was the only friendly employee. Overall, I will consider staying there again in the future!"
