"Again for the 2nd time this week the front desk staff is horrible. Had a whole lobby full of waiting people and didn't acknowledge any of us as to why nothing was happening."

"I already sent a review but it is not showing up so I will do it again just because I loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was top notch from the early check in, to a spacious clean room, comfortable bed, lots of pillow choices etc. The lady that checked me in was amazing, with the directions she gave me that I needed, places to eat suggestions, she lent me a phone charger as I left mine at the last hotel I stayed at, just all around a great experience. I grabbed a couple quick things to take with me in the morning from the breakfast room which also had everything that I could have wanted in a breakfast. I would stay here again most definitely as it is also easy to find and has great I-15 access. "

"The front desk clerk was cold and unfriendly. The room was dirty. There was garbage behind the garbage can. There were ants coming from underneath the carpet. When we told the front desk about it they said “we’ll have maintenance take care of it when you check out.” They were very dismissive. There was someone else’s hair all over the bathroom and food crumbs under the desk. There were pink stains on the bedding. It was like they didn’t clean the room before we got there. I was not impressed at all. "
