"There are not a ton of options near Capitol Reef. Casitas is conveniently located a short drive from the park. We stayed in the inn portion of the property in a "family room" that was basically one decent-sized room with a king bed, set of bunk beds, and a kitchenette. A large closet and bathroom were behind the main room. Everything was clean. The upper bunk was squeaky and my son found it uncomfortable. The main bed was fine, not the best, but fine in terms of comfort. The kitchenette had one glass (certainly, there should have been more) and four coffee mugs. There was a small coffee maker and a few plates, bowls, cutlery items. A smart tv on the wall and wifi service. There was a Mexican restaurant about one minute away that we ate dinner in during our one-night stay that was very good. A well-known smashburger foodtruck is also just down the road, so there are convenient options for grabbing a bite. Overall, it was a convenient and clean place to stay when visiting Capitol Reef."

"Over all it was the best place we stayed in Utah, The room was spacious and so comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on our outside private patio.The property was lovely, we sat on the deck chairs overlooking the mountains and watched the full moon come up. Very special place would highly recommend. "This is a beautiful property- serene with a magnificent view and all the amenities you could need. The personal attention you get from the welcome to the thoughtful things done in the rooms and around the property make it a clear choice in my opinion. We loved the animals to visit, the hot tub after a long day, the comfy bed and well appointed spotless room. The attention to details was noticed. Our only regret was we were just passing thru for 1 night. The continental breakfast had many choices and they have free laundry facilities. We will be back and look forward to trying the restaurant that is coming soon!"
