"Right in downtown Wilmington - easy to find, yet hidden away. Shops and dining in easy walking distance.
Nice firepit outside residence.
Charlie was friendly and welcoming during check in. "
"Love this property so much. It was very quiet, relaxing and having the two restaurants on site was a plus. The food at both restaurants were really good and all the amenities that they offered, top-notch, we will definitely be staying here again."
"An old mill converted into a brewery with rooms for rent - how could you go wrong?! Stayed here in a hiking a trip. Rooms are small, but for a place to stay while hiking it was perfect"

10th Hole Haystack Golf Course in Wilmington VT - 4 miles from Mt Snow
8/10 Good
"The unit was thoughtfully furnished, clean, and well-stocked; the location is good with ample parking; and the owner responded quickly when contacted. One thing though: a contractor who had the code to the lock on the front door entered the unit (using the code) when I was there alone. The contractor apologized and left. When contacted, the owner responded immediately and was horrified to learn of the contractor’s entry as he was not authorized to be there then. The owner promised to upgrade the lock on the door so the access code can be changed before each rental. In light of the care with which the owner treated us before and after this event, I believe that this will never happen again. "
"The cabin was very clean and matched expectations. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kitchen was well equipped. Emilio was very quick to reply to any questions. The only slight negatives were that the roads to the cabin were a bit dicey in the snow and the gas fireplace and TV were a bit confusing to operate. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!"
Forest Home with Shared Pool & Hot Tub, WiFi, & Washer/Dryer - One Small Dog OK
4/10 Poor
"So the good things first! -property is located in a nice neighborhood with great views and local access.-the heat works stellar in the home. Now not so great things-not a single pot/pan in the house is usable. All nonstick cookware have scratches on teflon, oil stains on pans, dates and over used glasses, cups etc. - none of the dining room chairs are safe to sit on. The backs will come off resulting in a fall/injury. - bathrooms are super dated. Toilet seats are ripped, limited amount of toiletries, towards etc. - ripped curtains especially near the kitchen. Common guys, it’s a small curtain. Replace it! - driveway was not plowed and had 3 inches of snow when we got in. Next day, few more inches of snow was on the ground, but no cleaning of driveway. Day 3 due to winter storm there was over a foot of snow. We had called and requested cleaning of driveway. and we were promised that it would be done before our departure. Guess what, nope. We were forced to drag all our luggage, including little kids through the snow to the cars. The driest was not accessible and is decently long and inclined. We had 7 seater SUV’s so not small cars. Yet they could not go up the Driweway. Oh, noth the neighbors driveways were plowed fine. Maybe someone was being cheap. - basement is in midst of repairs, here is a bedroom with no bathroom and some work going on in the basement. This is not ideal for usability. Especially with little kids. Many other options available. Look elsewhere."
