"Totally suggest it both for long and short stays. Everything is really new and clean, rooms are spacious, amenities are really good"

"Always a good place with good location"

"El apartamento como tal está bueno pero no me gustó que en toda la estancia no te hacen la habitación no te reponen nada no cambian toallas no ponen más papel en fin no van más a la habitación"

"I dont recommend this place , aside from the good location and decent lady in the front desk , it looks like a scam , they booked 150$ security deposit and it has to be released within 8 days and after multiple follow ups with barley response they charged me for 111$ movies rent which i didnt , I asked them to show me the Tv app purchased on my stay date but they havent responded yet .. so please take care !"

"Clean room and great staff"

"This was the worst stay I have had. Wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. They dont have a cleaning service, they charge 63 Dollars of parking per day. The owners dont have any control in the hotel and the location is not good."

"We enjoyed being the the decor of the hotel! It felt as if we were in a beautiful museum!"

"We enjoyed our anniversary weekend at RS Suites – District 225 Miami! Dave and the team were responsive and provided clear check-in and parking instructions. They were also understanding when the rain delayed our arrival, which we appreciated. Having complimentary parking was a great bonus. Thank you for helping make our anniversary getaway a lovely experience!"

"Hotel staff were very nice and gave us an early check in. The location was walkable to the nearby shopping mall. The rooms were pretty dated, mainly the bathroom area. The issue with this hotel is we got 0 sleep due to the traffic noise. It was so loud all night…nonstop racing of engines and squealing tires. The other travelers in our group were awake all night as well. We spoke to others in the lobby in the morning and they said the same. I would never stay here again."

"I stayed here the night before my cruise. It was just okay. Close to port of Miami. Room was cute and clean, but bed was very uncomfortable. I usually have no problems with hotel beds but this was terrible and I woke up with back pain. The area around was a little sketchy and I wouldn’t walk around alone at night."

"excellent place for up to 6 people. Very clean and modern The area is very nice with many restaurants and shops in walking distance."

"There was nothing that I did not like. My flight came in very early. They were very accommodating and got me in around noon. The room was spacious, clean. I felt safe and the staff was extremely nice"
