"I was here on a family medical emergency and did not anticipate being here as long as I was so I ran out of clean clothes and needed to wash. I did not have to leave the property they had Guest laundry room. Very nice and up to date appliances. Dryer gets super hot so your clothes get dry with just once cycle of 64 minutes for $2.00. I recommend this property if you want a clean and quiet atmosphere and pleasant staff."

"The room was ok, but the food was awful and the service was extremely poor. I was traveling on my own with two small kids. We had to leave the hotel at 5:15am. The night before I asked about coordinating the shuttle and the woman told me to just come to the lobby at 5 and they would order the shuttle. The next morning I was there at 5 and the guy told me he would not order the shuttle until I had my kids with me in the lobby. I explained to him that I had discussed this the night before with the woman at the front desk and was doing exactly what she’d instructed me to do. He refused to call the shuttle until my kids were in the lobby. I had them in the lobby at 5:15 but it took another twelve minutes for the shuttle! Not what I’d call good customer service."

"Property under major construction incredibly disruptive, had guys on scaffolding outside my window at 8am, doors blocked, parking was a mess, no room to park. Room wasn’t exceptionally clean on check in, body hairs everywhere in bathroom. Breakfast was good. People were as good as can be expected under circumstances."

"The most the did was drop off 1 box of tissues. Not once over a 4 day stay did they refill, replace or clean anything. No breakfast. Room key didnt work half the time. Carpets were the grossest i have ever seen in my life. "
