"Wonderful Stay and Excellent Experience! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was organized and convenient. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this...

"Truly didnt love the $17 parking. For $200 there are better options near by. Breakfast had a varied hot selection, so that was good!"

"Perfect location and the house is extremely well decorated. I was only there for Halloween event in Fernandina Beach so I did not spend much time at the B&B just to sleep. Even with the AC off, I could’ve used an extra blanket though it was a bit chilly."

"Nice and clean property and the staff was good, the only negative is a few times the maid service didn't compete their task, they left trash in the room but overall we enjoyed our stay"

"Great hotel with authentic character and charm. This is a historical property so don't expect the latest amenities, but the staff were very friendly and served a great breakfast. I look forward to staying at the Spencer House again."

"Over all very clean. Breakfast was average."

"This motel is in a great location on the beach. It was quiet and clean. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very good and I would have liked better quality Kleenex and toilet paper, but all in all it’s a nice place to stay."

"Room was very large, new and spotlessly clean. The Flying Fish restaurant across the street was an added bonus."

"nice"

"Très propre et personnel accueillant !"

"Everything was fantastic at this property!!!"
