"Garbage on floor in room that wasn’t mine, white spots on floor, carpets in room and hallways were filthy. No elevator for ADA customer to access up stairs. Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room. Breakfast was a standard breakfast but either burnt or over cooked. Morning staff had music so loud could understand him or talk amount selves and inappropriate music for a kid. "

"We recently stayed here with two families and overall had a great experience. The location was wonderful, and the layout was perfect for multiple families sharing the space. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes, and all of the beds were comfortable with nice linens. We especially appreciated the extra towels provided for the hot tub.One small suggestion would be to provide a few more fresh towels for the bathrooms each day, as the used towels added up quickly with a larger group.We did knowingly book a pet-friendly home (and did not travel with pets ourselves), but upon arrival the entryway sofa, area rug, and outdoor sofa were noticeably covered in dog hair. I provided photos to the host right away. To their credit, they were very willing to come address it immediately, which we appreciated, though we ultimately declined the visit.Communication was responsive, but a bit confusing at times as messages came from different phone numbers via text rather than a single contact.Overall, we were happy with our stay and would consider staying again."

"The house was clean (except for an opened pregnancy test in the bathroom, assuming that's not a standard stocked item). The hot tub was clean, in working order and needed no instruction for use. The sauna and 2 of the 3 gas fireplaces needed troubleshooting to get them to work. The grill did not have any propane. And both showers were a little confusing but worked. It may have been helpful if there was a notebook with information on the appliances. But the only thing provided was the wifi info. The refrigerator had an error message and didn't seem like it was maintaining a cold temp. We messaged the host about this, they responded asking if someone could look at it, which we agreed to, but never heard anything else from them about it. And the stove/oven dials have the demarcations worn off. This made it impossible to tell what temp the oven was, resulting in slightly overcooked food. If you only care about the hot tub and the waterfront location it's an ace, otherwise there are likely other better options. "
