The check-in process was confusing—we were given a code but not told which entrance to use, the main gate was locked, and we had to enter through a connected house’s yard. The code also worked on a back door that led to a completely different space not shown in the listing. The house is connected to another property via a shared door off one of the bedrooms that *doesn’t lock from the bedroom side*, and there’s a lot of shared space (pool, basketball, patio, greenspace) scattered with personal belongings from the other house, which was very unsettling and again, *not communicated in the listing*. Also, no shampoo/conditioner provided - this listing is entirely misleading on so many levels."

"Great location and bonus for off-street parking and washer, dryer - although we did not use the washer, dryer for our personal use. Only wish was that there was a little more insulation between rooms. We could hear neighbors and I am sure they could hear us, even at conversational levels or normal movement in the space. Overall - great location, great place and will book again. Thanks!"
