"There is clearly an excellent training regime at this hotel. All the staff, and there are many, from the cleaners, to the front desk were polite, helpful and professional and they did all they could to make you feel at home. Many spoke good English. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, service throughout was excellent, food varied and very good and the bar well stocked. This was our first visit to Cairo, which is not an easy place to get about, but with the help of the excellent concierge team and Uber (which is well established here) we were able to see all that we came for. "

"Everything was perfect during our stay — the breakfast, restaurants, facilities, and cleanliness. It is also a very quiet place. Their bakery is incredible! The staff is very friendly, with a special mention to Sarah, our housekeeper — she is truly sweet. My partner arranged a birthday surprise in the room; there were balloons and flowers… it was delightful."
