"The watermark was closed when we arrived (Tuesday) which was not advertised when we booked. The guy at the front desk was so kind and helpful though. He upgraded our room and gave us waterpark passes for the next day. The complimentary breakfast was a nice addition since last time we stayed. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!"

"Staff was very welcoming (sorry male employee could be encouraged to wear deodorant/antiperspirant). Everything was clean and there was shampoo and body soap. Beds were firm. Room is just dated but clean."
