"The room was pretty clean, but the halls and remainder of the property very rundown. Supposed to be non-smoking but walking through the halls you can tell somebody is smoking hot tub did not work the hot tub. They said we could use next-door hot tub was dirty and jets do not work well. The pool did not look very clean at all. No breakfast and staff does not acknowledge you and lots of noise up and down the halls all day and night. Day, I arrived, lady outside, screaming, and cussing at somebody...
"This property should, in my 50 years of travel opinion, be removed from traveler marketing programs. It appears to be used by oil field workers during their two week work schedule. Fine, enjoy those profits and be fair to the traveler by keeping them away from it. Travelers usually want air tight windows during the night, clean bathrooms and a fresh coffee. Not to mention an honest answer from the manager to simple questions."
