"The staff were lovely. The breakfast was tasty. However, the shower was rubbish. At max temperature (and yes I pushed the button and twisted the right way) it was barely luke warm and not a lot of pressure. I stayed for two nights and the shower was equally cool both mornings. I could also hear the person next doors phone vibrating and them snoring! Not ideal as it is extremely convenient for work so I would like to stay again. I hope I just got unlucky with the shower in that particular room. "

"Heating in room 426 doesn't work and the control box is making a buzzing sound. Should probably look at that. I was freezing cold all night. Smell of pee round toilet area, and a bit of an odd smell in the room, like old bedding (although the bed was very clean and comfortable). Could you put some kind of sign in the corridors reminding guests to be quiet in the evening and early morning?"

"Our bathroom could do.with a deep.clean and unfortunately there were other people in nearby rooms smoking out of the window (including weed) and the smell reached our window"

"Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it. The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter. The pillows were extremely thin, and even folding them offered little support. We also noticed that the Wi-Fi box was hanging loosely from the wall, which seemed unsafe. Despite the pre-check-in form clearly confirming two guests, only one set of towels was provided. When we reported these issues during check-in, we were assured they would be resolved while we were out and that we wouldn’t need to be present. However, on returning we found a note saying staff were unable to access the room and that we needed to report to reception."
