"A friend and I were in town for a wedding, we didn’t want a hotel stay, so this place was perfect. The location worked well for us in relation to where we needed to go. The home had pretty much everything we needed and enjoyed the back deck and yard. If I had any suggestions, The place needs a small amount of tlc, several of the cabinets seemed damaged and the ceiling fan chain was broke so I’m usable. The lighting in the bathroom wasn’t good and placement of furniture in living area was odd....

"We had a great time staying here. The house was spacious with plenty of room. The patio & backyard is large and we were lucky to have perfect weather to hang out there. They could use additional kitchen items to use and/or cook with. Overall the stay was awesome! Would book again."

"The property is a fairly new build. Plenty of room and close to downtown Dallas. The only downside would be that its near a busy intersection and theres a bus stop in front. I would definitely stay here again."

"6 adults in town for the PBR finals. This space easily accommodated us all. Location was perfect for everything we had planned. Close to Dallas, Arlington and Fort Worth. Host was great."

"Comfortable, recently updated home and very responsive host. Having two bathrooms was a big plus (but watch out for that small step into one of them). Location very walkable to Finch Park and downtown McKinney. We really enjoyed our stay and first visit to McKinney (and the eclipse was amazing!) Thank you!"

"Very nice house. Enjoyed the stay. Nice to also have accessible garage to put vehicle in due to possible storms. When we arrived after check in time cleaning man was just finishing up from previous occupant and was running a little behind. But he only had about 5 more minutes left and was very polite and pleasant. Will seek to stay here again for more events in Dallas as they come up. Would recommend."

"I booked this and did not get a message until the day of that the property was not available. I had already paid the 2 full payments and had to pay for 2 hotel rooms for the 4 of us. Several people tried to contact the owner Ike who is renting this unit out illegally. No response as of yet. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!"
