"Why do I like low-star hotels (three-star and below)? Because they mostly have opennable windows and I can enjoy fresh night air. Unfortunately, this hotel has blocked windows and low-level conditioners. If I knew, I wouldn't buy the room there."
"Since the owners have another property nearby it may take a few minutes to check in while they travel back and forth. I had one issue with the room and the manager was very accommodating and responded as requested.
