In term of the unit, it was clean but dish washer was not working, the carpet is soiled and dirty looking, balcony furniture was disgustingly dated and stained, dining table was sticky, balcony floor is dirty. Overall my impression of the unit is dirty and dated.

"Our Salt 1 bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet & convenient. As it was only 1 bedroom it had a limited view of the beach from the balcony.
It was easy to walk to the beach, kids play area, cafes, bars & restaurants. There was a great cafe downstairs, Jolt, for breakfast if needed.
A close drive to other sightseeing spots."
